Internalize The Good

We internalize and horribilize our own fears until they seem real. Regret, fear, and rejection are emotions that cause powerful physical sensations. As we learn to accept, embrace, and redirect those feelings, we will become stronger and better. Our pain is often self-inflicted.  Focus brings clarity — both good and bad. Focus on the good and the good will become clear.
