Reduce Anxiety Through Others

While anxiety will never, and should never be eliminated, it can be reduced, controlled, and managed. Some ways* to manage anxiety are to write down your feelings then share those writing with others who love and support you. Another way to reduce anxiety is to serve others. When you take the focus off of yourself, your anxiety reduces for two reasons: you build connections with others and your anxiety doesn’t manifest itself if you are not thinking about yourself.
