Room To Grow

Moral authority is not granted just because we “claim it”. Moral authority is proven by action, not by words. Our actions always speak louder than our words… Once we claim authority, the authority is automatically in question and probably not real.

Learning from mistakes is a sign of strength.

Virtue signalling is a sign of insecurity, not vulnerability. Telling people how we are changing for the better for others, or the good we have already done is virtue signalling. Vulnerability is powerful, it shows character and leadership. Often virtue signalling is confused with vulnerability by those doing it though.

The inability to adapt and unwillingness to be flexible proves ultimate weakness.

We all have room to grow.
