When we are pushed, we resist. 

When we push others, they resist. 

When are are pulled, and we want what is in front of us, we follow. 

When we pull others, and they want what is in front of them, they follow. 

When your battery is low, recharge it. 

This doesn’t mean give up. But it does mean stop.

Stop, find what you need, and then do it. 

Seeking truth is not so much about finding what is new, but remembering what you already know.

Being authentic is important. If you are truly someone who get’s the job done, then modifying behavior to get the job done is one way to be authentic.

Relieving suffering in one area often causes suffering in another. 

Pay attention, balance, and solve the problem, do not just ease the suffering. 

When it gets too hard to do everything, do nothing. 

When it gets too scary to sleep, wake up. 

When it gets too painful to hold it all together, let go. 

When life gets the way it will always get, instead of fighting against it all: stop, rest, recover, plan, adjust and then once your are ready, go ahead, take another step forward.

Mistakes = Forgiveness 

The ability to create a desired outcome is much more important than how efficient, organized, or cleanly you operate. 

Get the work done, get it done right, and everything else will fall into place. 

Once you get the right outcome, then you can focus on optimizing the processes. 

If you can help someone else, you have a reason to live. 

Sharing your story, your presence, your being will always help someone.
