The ones who lead well aren’t afraid to take risks early. 

Because, the risks taken early turn into security and safety later. 

Focusing on the positive allows the negative to leave. What you focus on stays, what you ignore, leaves. 

When you appreciate the effort and work you have put in to become a new person,

you can begin to see the same in others. 

Some people only care about themselves, 

some try to think about others,

the rest pretend to care about others. 

When we decide who we are being, 

what we do becomes easier. 

When we choose who we are, 

our actions become automatic. 

Those who notice the little things can eventually be taught to notice the big things, 

doing it the other way around is much more difficult. 

Most of us, are not as good as we think we are. 

The better news is, we are also not as bad as we think we are. 

That is why is consistent refinement along with forgiveness is always the best path forward. 

The more right choices we make,

in the face of fear, pain, or grief,

results in the more courage we show,

and the more courage we gain.

The wise serve those who they are responsible for, the foolish and prideful expect to be served. 

Supporting the supporter is the way to build long-term progress.
