As we do the right thing, by answering the call to rise above our fear, we gain courage. 

Feeling sorry is good…

Feeling sorry for yourself destroys potential growth. 

The things that cannot be purchased are the same things that bring the most happiness, success, and fulfillment:

• Love 
• Fitness 
• Peace 

The formula to acquire them is simple: 

Seek them. Work for them. Earn them. 

Embracing life with love increases fulfillment and passion. 

Don’t just accept your life, your situation, your circumstances, your relationships: Love Them. 

Once we love what is, our life is already infinitely better. 

The more we do, the more we become. 

As we do things that scare us, we become more courageous. 

As we do things that cause discomfort, we become stronger. 

Puppets are controlled by others. 

We are not puppets, yet we often let others control us. 

Once we accept the the idea that we are actually in control, then our actions will match our desires. 

Fear is a natural fence. 

Fear can prevent us from asking for help, 

Fear can stop us from connecting with others, 

Fear can scare away our dreams, 

Fear can silence our true voice, 

Fear can control anything that it is allowed to. 

Love, Faith, and Courage are the tools to destroy any fence of fear. 

A universal truth is the “Law of Help” in that the more we help others, in the end we are also helping ourselves. 

We might gain new skills, new emotions, stronger relationships, or a better community. No matter the end benefit, helping others always returns the work and creates a more than justifiable reward. 

It is easy and shows weakness to get angry, it takes strength to control the anger; ultimate power is shown by not getting angry in the first place. 

When it comes to applying pressure, as you learn and grow and mature you will naturally put more pressure on yourself and ease up on others.
