Confused But Determined

Logic and reason can justify and validate any “personal revelation.” The problem is that when this revelation is counter to truth, all the logic is actually just a lie. The real confusion comes when we try to rationalize our feelings and desires and then label them as personal truth. While truth can be found personally, truth doesn’t change, and therefore when individual truth goes against eternal truth, there is misalignment. Without alignment, there is always confusion.

Unanswered Questions

The best questions don’t need to be answered. When we hear them, we already know the answer in an instant. That is the power, that is why they are the best. The questions ignite inside of us feelings and thoughts we were hiding or searching for. Once we understand the question, we simultaneously understand the answer.

Teach Don’t Tell

The best find the way on their own. They want to be guided, but they don’t want the work done for them. In order to help top performers do not do the work for them, do not give them their ideas and answers – rather, coach and support and teach and mentor and let them find their own path.

The Power of Choice

Every thought we have triggers other thoughts. This is because our world is made from connections. Nothing has meaning without the context we accept and beleive. We decide how we associate each thought with other thoughts, that is the power of choice and the control we have been gifted.
