Fear is a horrible friend but a great lookout.

The stories we tell ourselves are just as important as the stories we tell about ourselves to others. Both situations have real consequences. In order to create the life we want, we must tell the right stories.

The story is: You are useful. You always have been and always will be.

Skills are valuable and needed. Developed your skills, share your talents, and watch your perceived value grow.

If you want to express yourself, you must do it holistically. Your spirituality cannot be separated from your professional. Just like your body and spirit combine to make your soul – you are a complete person so you must express all parts and dimensions in order to truly live your potential.

Tactics are tactics. Strategy is strategy. Tactics are not a strategy. A real strategy is when the tactics are chosen, organized, planned, and resourced. Multiple tactics working together for a certain goal and aligned with purpose, support, and thoughtfulness is how basic actions turn into a true strategy.

If you believe in what you do – your actions will be confident. As your actions match your belief, your confidence rises. Belief inspires trust and increases confidence.

Love is an inward feeling that is manifest in outward actions.

The more we love others, the more love we find for ourselves.

If we show more love, we feel more love.

Fear is reactive.

Anger is reactive.

Courage is proactive.

Compassion is proactive.

A little bit of change can make a big difference.  A little bit of work can create lasting results.

As long as the change and work is helping us go in the right direction, we can feel confident our long-term outcome will be better than our current situation.
