Asking before giving is a great formula for everyone to resent you. 

Often, the identity we choose creates a prison. These limits are self-imposed but usually inhibit our personal growth. Adapting is better than rigid adherence to one specific identity. 

Fixing the emotional is as important as fixing the physical. 

Motivation isn’t permanent. 

Motivation can’t last. 

Discipline is and can be both. 

Create discipline so motivation won’t be needed. 

Happiness comes and goes.

Joy is a choice.

Joy is a gift that we need to choose to receive.

If we are not feeling the way we want to feel, we need to change and make different choices. 

Strength keeps you standing; compassion moves you forward.

The strong endure, the compassionate rise.

Power protects you, compassion propels you.

Survival demands strength; thriving demands heart.

Our life is made up of our relationships, so, if we understand each other, we understand life.
