Rest heals. 

Resting from our internal struggles allows our emotions to heal. 

Resting from our self-inflicted shame allows our hearts to heal. 

Resting from our physical labors allows our bodies to heal. 

Resting from outside noise allows our minds to heal. 

The Lord and Savior is where we can find all the rest we need. 

Life really begins once your are willing to let go of what you thought life was supposed to be so you can embrace what life is, should, and could be. Letting go of wrong ideas allows us to hold on to correct ones. 

Those who can make decisions quickly are able to adapt and overcome. 

Delaying a choice always delays our ability to succeed. 

Passion is always unbalanced. 

Balance is boring, balance is plain, balance is mediocre. 

Passion is fire, passion is energy, passion is commitment. 

For true success and happiness you must be unbalanced, because, you must be passionate and use that passion to fulfill your potential. 

Greatness is created in darkness, 

excellence develops in silence. 

Great leaders are polarizing because not everyone will connect with the new vision and rise to the new standards. 

If someone isn’t willing to communicate with you, 

you need to be ready for the relationship to be over. 

Everyone wants to win, 

most aren’t willing to be honest enough. 

They aren’t honest enough with themselves about what it takes to actually succeed.

They aren’t honest enough with themselves about their current ability.

They aren’t honest enough with themselves about the help they need. 

If you limit your focus, you expand your ability. 

Focus deeper so you can perform stronger.
