Willpower beats inspiration.
Inspiration beats motivation.
Motivation beats apathy.
Apathy kills potential.

Learning doesn’t mean always winning, it means knowing how to win if required because of the losses.
The easiest and fastest path to anxiety is wrong thinking. When we think about stuff we cannot control we engage in wrong thinking. We hurt ourselves the more we worry about things that we cannot control.
What we need and want comes at a price.
Often, the price we are required to pay is the one cost we do not want to part with.
Usually that is patience, or hard work, or discipline, or courage, or compassion, or selflessness.
Discomfort is a signal of change.
Change you are currently making, or change you need to make.
Either way, embrace the discomfort so you can adapt appropriately.
Most fear is caused by either wrong information or a lack of information combined with the lack of ability to take proper action.
Fix those and you will rarely experience fear.
We are not scared of the bear attack, we are scared that we don’t know how to stop the attack. If we had the knowledge and ability to act, then all fear would be removed.
Complaining never makes sense.
If you can control it: do it and change it.
If you can’t control it: ignore it, avoid it, or work around it and move on.
If you know who you want to be, then every choice becomes so simple. With every decision that needs to be made, ask yourself “Which route helps you realize your vision of yourself?” If you have no vision though, every choice is now impossible and will always be wrong. Choose who you want to be and the answer to every decision becomes clear.
You can’t run from pain.
You can’t run from sorrow.
But you can always escape the fear of pain and sorrow.
The best escape route is always courage.
While we can never stop pain or sorrow, courage will limit the fear of pain and sorrow.
The only prison that is real is the prison of the present. Everything else is just in our minds. This prison is constantly changing. Yet, we hold all the keys. As we understand the confines of the present, we will embrace our current situation while taking massive action to accomplish our dreams so our future present can be adjusted.
