Trust those you spend time with. If you don’t trust them, either fix and repair the trust or don’t spend time with them. 

A complete vision enables your mind, body, and soul to unite toward one purpose. When you have a complete vision you, by definition, also have complete commitment. 

If you want to become better at something, just focus on strengthening it. 

The more dedicated focus you give toward the goal, the better your results will be. 

The more deliberate effort you exert, the stronger you will become. 

Distraction turns into mental garbage. Until we clean our minds and free them from the clutter, we will never be able to think clearly.  

We always live up to the personal labels we accept – no matter who initially created them. 

The best leaders highlight the path, they show the way, and they become the bridge for their people to travel to their best possible future with courage. 

Love doesn’t fear. 

Jealousy is fear. 

Anxiety is fear. 

Anger is fear. 

Love is present. 

Fear ruins the moment. 

Execution beats ideas. 

Doing beats thinking, when thinking doesn’t do. 

Honor is manifested integrity.

Honor comes from within. 

Honor isn’t reputation, honor is honesty in action.

The hardest part of leadership is not getting others to buy into the vision, it is looking in the mirror, and admitting you are wrong.
