Understand That We Are Not Alone

Loneliness is hard, because feel alone. Yet, it becomes easy when we realize that the entire world is already part of us and everyone is connected. When we decide to feel that, we understand we are not as alone as we thought. The more alone we feel, the more we need to reach out to others. 

Ignore It, It Will Leave

Anxiety is worrying. 

Anxiety is caused by our mind dwelling on the lack of control of the future.
