Intensity and Frequency are important.

Consistency & Focus are more important. 

Direction & Purpose are most important.  

Getting over the ridge, climbing the mountain, overcoming the obstacle, is the first half. The second half often is harder because you cannot see the challenges that you will face, but they will be there, and those are the ones that need even more strength and perseverance to endure. 

If you are able to see it in your mind, 

create a plan, 

do the work, 

you will be able to build it.

When you are connected to God, to family, to friends, and to yourself, most any problem can be overcome.
