Every Good Thing

Extremes kill.

We need fitness, not over exertion to the point if injury or death.

We need water, not too much that we drown.

We need food, not too much that we get and stay fat.

We need confidence, but not to the point of arrogance.

We need love, but not to the degree that we forget to make rational decisions.

Every good thing, is good in moderation.

Free Yourself

You can’t let go until you admit you are the one that is holding it.

In order to let go of pain or sadness or grief or anxiety (or any other “it”), you need to admit it is you that is holding it in place, and forcing it to stay around.

Once you let go, it leaves.

Seeking Virtue

Excellence determines quality. Quality determines longevity.

If our morals are of the highest excellence, our morals will outlast the storms of life.

High moral excellence is the definition of virtue. As we seek virtue, our morals will rise.

Who & What

Who you are is your decision, it is your internal principles and beliefs combined with action.

What you are is just labels from others, outside perception and is not based on truth or reality.

BE WHO YOU were meant to be, don’t worry about WHAT others label you as.
