Those who are great at helping drive growth and change are also great at creating other leaders who can drive growth and change.

Love Serve Respect
In any and every relationship, especially in business:
If you can love them…
If you can serve them…
If you can respect them…
Then, anything and everything is possible.
The First Person To Forgive
Forgive yourself.
Forgive yourself for assuming.
Forgive yourself for judging yourself.
Forgive yourself for judging the intentions of another.
Forgive yourself for being weaker than you think you should be.
The most important forgiveness is the one we give to ourselves. When we forgive ourselves we heal, we see clearly, we allow the greater forgiveness to enter our lives and the eternal gift of peace to fill our hearts.
When we forgive ourselves, we find that the need to forgive others almost disappears — we get hurt less and we see truth easier.
Once you forgive yourself, you will realize how strong you are, you will realize how good you are, you will begin to understand your worth, your power, and your value.
Happy Birthday, Mom! We love you and appreciate you!
Listen To Create
When you listen, you create space — space to live, to breathe, to feel, to be seen, to be heard, to be…
Question The Question
While we know we are supposed to doubt our doubts, the next level is to question our questions.
Asking more questions is good.
Asking the right question is better.
Question your questions in order to find the right ones that will drive the most positive change.
Truth Focused
Most of the beliefs that limit our growth are false. There is no evidence to prove them right, but lots of evidence to prove them wrong. The problem is, it is easier to believe negative limiting lies than empowering truths. Focus on truth in order improve your life.
Mind Over Body
To some, the mind (not the brain) is not real. It does not exist. This belief is false. While the mind is non-localized energy, it is real and directs everything.
The Inner Battle
Anxiety is a battle against yourself. It is when your mind and your heart have a fight.
Programmed Responses
Our current responses to external stimulus
are always controlled by our
existing expectations, perspectives,
and perceptions.
Hard or Easy?
Everything costs something. Some things cost more than others…
Learning has a cost, not knowing costs more.
Gaining a skill has a cost, not having any skills costs more.
Trust has a cost, bad relationships cost more.
Hard has a cost: Effort Now
Easy has a cost: More Effort Later
We always have to pay.
It is better to decide what you are getting and choosing what, when and how much you pay.
