A universal truth is the “Law of Help” in that the more we help others, in the end we are also helping ourselves. 

We might gain new skills, new emotions, stronger relationships, or a better community. No matter the end benefit, helping others always returns the work and creates a more than justifiable reward. 

It is easy and shows weakness to get angry, it takes strength to control the anger; ultimate power is shown by not getting angry in the first place. 

When it comes to applying pressure, as you learn and grow and mature you will naturally put more pressure on yourself and ease up on others. 

Seeds always produce only what they were created to produce.

Apple seeds do not grow into grape vines. 

What is inside, when given the tools, resources, and space it needs, will grow and show itself on the outside. 

The more we listen, the easier it becomes to connect. 

The more we connect, the better everyone becomes.
