In order to influence beliefs, you must influence one of the three components.

Ego kills. Pride kills.

Ego and pride in skill: destroy skill.

Ego and pride in wealth: destroy wealth.

Ego and pride in relationships: destroy relationships.

What the ego craves, pride destroys.

 

 

 

What works best today, might not work best tomorrow. That is why flexibility is so important. While the goal doesn’t change, how we get there does.

We can adapt intentionally. We can act on purpose. We can change to a desired future state.

In order to get to where you want to go, it is important to know where you are going. Even more important though is knowing where you are right now. With gratitude and perspective, you might actually be already where you want to be.

The fastest way to develop a relationship is to help them.

The second fastest way to develop a relationship is to be curious.

The best way to build a relationship is to stay curious and always be helping.

Communication is the foundation of community. To be one in unity – that is the true power of communication.

Communication builds communities. Communities are powerful for the shared values, geographies, emotions, and identities they represent. No matter the differences, communication can create unity and thus stronger communities.

If you want to help others see a better world, to find a better path, to choose the right option — it takes compassionate engagement and empathetic connection.

Leading others means enabling them.

Leading others means encouraging them.

Leading others means doing what you do best so they can do what they do best.
