Basic Ethics

Ethics = Doing what you say.

Ethics = Only teach what you try to practice.

Ethics = Helping others when you feel the prompting.

Ethics = Doing what is morally right (truth doesn’t change).

Ethics = Being honest with yourself, being honest with others.

Two Choices

The 1st choice you need to make: what do you want?
The 2nd choice you need to make: what will you do?

There comes a moment when your pain is too strong, when your breath can’t be found, and the decision needs to be made: what do you do?

Do you give up?

Do you keep going?

The second decision is what will determine if you accomplish your first one.

What We Feel vs What We Know

What we feel always is stronger than what we know.

We know what to do, sometimes we don’t feel like it.

We know who to trust, sometimes we feel like trusting someone else.

We know what is right, sometimes we feel like doing something wrong.

We know what is real, sometimes we feel like nothing works.

When we learn to control and manage our feelings to gain alignment between what we feel and what we know, we will find peace and fulfillment.

Safety Is Not Real

Safety is not being safe, safety is feeling safe. Safety is a feeling. Safety is not based on truth or reality. There are so many variables that cannot be controlled, what can be controlled is our long-term response to every situation we are in. Anxiety and fear do not allow you to feel safe. To find safety learn to develop more faith, more hope, and more peace.

Out of Box Goals

Thinking big only helps if you set goals to match those dreams. Set goals that help you get our of the box.

To do big things, you need to take actions that are not normal, that are outside the box. Not just thinking outside the box, but being outside the box.
