Learn the difference between the three, focus on being assertive, and stay away from the worst combination of all: passive-aggressive.

Our environments create us. We can change, we can adapt, but the easy path is to allow our environments to win. So, change your environment and them making any other change becomes easier. If we want to succeed, create an environment where success is most likely to happen. Find out the variables and create the best possible environment for optimal performance.

When you know the real issue, you can then find ways to solve it. Until then, everything is just superficial. Listen, ask more questions, dig deeper. Learn more so you can help more.
