Leading isn’t just about managing and supporting people, it is also about creating the right vision. It is a solid strategy combined with encouragement. Both are needed. 

Doing nothing is actually doing something. That something could be rest or it could be waste. Choose what that nothing actually is. 

High morals without gratitude is the exact recipe for deep inner resentment. 

If you are holding out, you are also holding in. 

Holding in who you are…

Holding in what are capable of… 

Holding in what needs to come out. 

 

All positive movement starts with resistance.

Internal and external. 

But, by moving together, moving is made easy. 

While, moving separately is always harder. 

Some people dwell on the past,

the past becomes an anchor.

Others focus on the future, 

so the past becomes their fuel.

Our facial expressions are a result of our inner thoughts.

There is no “resting” face, what we show at rest or in action, is a direct product of our current, conscious, and subconscious thoughts. 

The only way you find something else is if you want something else, and are open to something else. 

To get better at something, do it – just do what you want to get better at.
