There is no better nourishment for human connection than trust combined with encouragement and approval. 

Any negative feeling can become a prison – the heart is not free when filled with greed, hate, envy, and pride. 

All of us, are more. 

We are more, more than we are today. 

What we think and what we do determines how much more we become. 

Energy + Direction = Destiny 

Pursuing validation is always hit or miss. 

Pursuing purpose, wants, skills, and excellence with consistency will always be successful. 

Letting go with hope for a better future, is the act of patience combined with faith. 

Arguing against someone, or something, does not make your idea any more valid. 

Arguing for someone, or something, is the way to validate with reason and logic. 

Walking stills the soul,

so it doesn’t need to keep running, 

so it doesn’t need to keep escaping, 

so it doesn’t need to keep looking. 

Walk more so you worry less. 

Time doesn’t heal anything. 

Faith heals. 

Forgiveness heals. 

Love heals. 

And those three will do any healing as fast as you let them.
