Confusion is felt when we do not want to adapt to new information. 

Confusion is felt when the information we gain is different than what we want to hear. 

Confusion is often born of pride and stubbornness.

To understand something you need your heart and mind. Your mind for the mechanics, to see how it works. Your heart for the impact, to grasp the meaning. 

Learn slow but adapt fast. 

The longer we take to deeply learn, the more we remember. 

The faster we adapt, the more opportunities we create. 

What you think on the inside doesn’t always get portrayed to others on the outside. 

In order to let others know who you are and how you feel, make sure you tell them.

The more we forgive, the less we feel the need to forgive the next time, since once we move past certain offenses, it is harder to be offended going forward. 

The reasons to believe are infinitely more meaningful, compelling, and encouraging than any of the excuses we invent to lose faith… As long as we let go of selfishness, ego, pride, and greed. 

Fear is foundation of failure. 

Fear kills success. 

All stress is rooted in fear. 

All anxiety is fear manifested. 

We stay too busy, doing the wrong things because we are afraid. 

We don’t do what we know we should because we fear failing. 

Proper action kills fear. 

Nothing is only physical. 

Everything connects. 

It is all spiritual, physical, mental, and eternal. 

Experts get questioned about their expertise when the people they are interacting with do not feel like they are cared for, listened to, validated, or respected. The best way to share your expertise is to help others feel like you actually care about them. (Medical, Business, Relationships, it is all the same…) 

Self-centered experts are hard to trust. No one likes a “guru”.  But everyone wants to follow and be guided by a true expert or guru, they just do not want to feel like they are being told, spoken down to, or manipulated. 

To get your expertise trusted, show them you care more for them than you do about your ego.
