If we always do these three things: 

1. Care for Others.
2. Seek out Wisdom.
3. Act with Courage. 

You will achieve what you were destined to achieve. 

You will always find success. 

You will always find peace. 

You will always find your way home.

 

Nothing outside of us can determine our feelings. It is only our mind and heart that decides what feelings we accept and choose to have. Circumstances have no control. Others have no control. Only we have control. 

Transparent communication creates trust. 

Honest communication creates trust. 

Open communication creates trust. 

Clear communication creates trust.

 

 

While we can’t change the past and shouldn’t think about the what if(s)….

We can always look forward to create all of the could be(s).

The best leaders are followers – at the same time! 

The more we listen, the better others feel. 

The better we listen, the better others feel. 

How they feel is much more important, than what we say and especially how we think they should feel. 

A mirror is a trusted perspective of truth. 

A true friend is a different perspective of truth. 

A stranger has even another perspective of truth. 

Look within and look without, as all perspectives are needed. 

Attempting to judge the potential of a person by what you see at first glance is like measuring the size of mountain with toothpick. With proper experience you can get pretty close, but you will never be 100% correct, and the chance to be very wrong is extremely high. 

When not aligned, everything burns. 

When a defined purpose is not shared, no relationship is safe.

Common goals, shared principles, and uniform values enable successful relationships. 

Every thought, matters. 

Every action, matters. 

Every word, matters. 

Every look, matters.

Every thing you do, matters.
