Agreed control is positive. Hidden control is negative manipulation. 

When people want order, they want control.

If they are denying this, then what else are they hiding? 

Ideas worth spreading aren’t always shared. Often, the best ideas are hard to discuss, easier to ignore, and make people uncomfortable. That is why they are the best, they cause us to think different, so later, we can act different. Finding the best ideas takes an open mind and a willing heart. 

Sometimes you do your best, and you will still loose. 

That is ok. 

Sometimes you will do your best, and will surprise yourself. 

That is ok. 

Sometimes you will do your best, and others won’t notice.

That is ok. 

Sometimes you will do your best, and find your limits. 

That is ok. 

Not doing your best is the only thing that is not ok. 

Reality always has limits. 

Imagination knows no bounds. 

Yet, often we do not realize that our reality is created by our imagination. 

If we let our imagination win, then our reality can expand. 

Focus creates perception, 

our perception is our reality, 

our reality is true to us, and therefore we can help make it true for others.

Choosing your path is hard. 

Following your path is even harder, if you haven’t chosen your path. 

Once you make the first choice, the second path becomes easier. 

Humans crave direction. We need the ability to put our energy toward a specific purpose. Without a true “why” we become aimless, anxious, bored, and depressed. 

Asking is usually better than telling. 

Ask more, and people respond with what they really think and feel. 

Tell more, and people shut down and shut off. 

This is true with colleagues, with clients, with friends, with spouses, and with children. 

Going far requires the right attitude. If you want to go further, then an attitude of gratitude, awareness, friendliness, listening, willingness and courage must be cultivated. 

One tool used perfectly is incredibly powerful, but will only accomplish a small number of tasks. 

Yet 2 or 3 tools mastered can be combined to accomplish almost anything. 

Find what tools you can master that align with your skills and passions, and you will be able to create your desired masterpieces.
