To be a leader, it must be who you really are, you BE a leader all the time.

A great leader is great because of the courage they show.

Courage inspires more courage. 

Courage creates results and is driven by commitment.

Save the world. (At least save yours and those you care about.)

You can accomplish anything. 

Learning the foundation for strong relationships. 

In order to progress, we must constantly be growing. 

If we are not learning, we are not growing, and that is how relationships start to die. 

The right vision naturally will inspire the right people. 

If the lack of desire and motivation is in place, then either the vision is wrong, or the person is wrong. 

Get both right, and anything is possible. 

The ultimate sign of a true leader is the ability to get someone to change not just actions, but awareness and understanding as well. 

Journey’s always bring change. Accepting the change is our responsibility. Acting on the change is our task. Growing from the change is our obligation. Helping others along the way is our blessing. 

Management is hard. 

Leadership is soft. 

Management focuses on details, processes, procedures, metrics, and tasks. 

Leadership focuses on vision, strategy, moral, inspiration, and motivation. 

Those who are great at helping drive growth and change are also great at creating other leaders who can drive growth and change.
