A good leader can see the big picture and can explain the situation. Next they will paint a picture of the future (vision) and ask the team for ideas on how to get there. Once they do that, they find ways to encourage and support the team to execute their ideas on how to accomplish the vision. 

Sometimes, the best way to do more, is to write down and tell others what you plan to do. 

When you hold others accountable, they always do more. 

When you hold yourself accountable, you always do more. 

There is a secret to producing more: accountability. 

Consistent discipline always creates long-term habits. 

If you are, who you truly are, and be what you should be, then who and what you become is exactly what is supposed to happen. 

Fulfilling your potential is about being. Being the best version of yourself.
