Holding On Too Long

Anything we hold for too long becomes part of us. It begins to control us even though we think we are controlling it or them.

Holding on to fear makes us fearful and afraid.

Holding on the pain makes us hurt even more.

Holding on to anger makes us weak.

Holding on to happiness deprives us the ability and blessing of sharing it with others.

Let go of everything and peace increases.

Release Anger

Anger must be put somewhere, it needs to go, it needs to be released. How we release or hide it determines what the anger does to us and to others. If we project our inner anger on others we ruin relationships. If we keep the anger inside of us, we ruin ourselves. Anger must be released, but released the right way. The right way can be different for each person, but done correctly it cannot be released or projected onto others and it cannot be bottled inside of us.

Processes and Systems

Following a process often works.

Processes are a set way to perform certain actions.

Following a system always works.

Systems are flexible and can include various processes that can be adjusted.

Systems are foundational guidelines that allow for adaptibility while still keeping the end goal the focal point.
