Accepting Yourself

Accepting yourself for who you are is far more important than self-esteem. Self-esteem is about comparison and confidence in your ability, but, self-acceptance is about understanding who truly you are, understanding where you come from, and knowing where you are going.

Vulnerability Is Power

Vulnerability is the ability to share with transparency and be honest with yourself and others. Being vulnerable is not being a victim. Vulnerability is only powerful when combined with strength – the strength of character, the strength of decision, the strength of determination, the strength of resilience, the strength of will. Strength is the key to unlocking the power of vulnerability.

Communication Builds Community

Communication is the foundation of community. To be one in unity – that is the true power of communication.

Communication builds communities. Communities are powerful for the shared values, geographies, emotions, and identities they represent. No matter the differences, communication can create unity and thus stronger communities.
