To accomplish anything: have a purpose, have a plan (process), and believe it is possible.
or, in other words:
If you believe it is possible, have a proven process, and are driven by a meaningful purpose, then you can accomplish anything.

Being honest with what we value is important. Often, people try to be what others want them to be, rather than focusing on what they truly believe is important. When we focus on our values we can reduce stress and anxiety. When we focus on our values, we can align our actions with thoughts and emotions. Focusing on values helps focus on process and people rather than purely achievements for others. Focusing on our values allows us to let go of the negative judgements of others.
When someone accuses you of lying, the first response is to get defensive.
When in defense mode, it is hard to “see” the other person, to think about their needs.
It takes humility to stop feeling attacked, to step back, and ask more questions.
Once you understand, then you can repair, apologize, explain, teach, and move forward.
The biggest lie we tell ourselves is that our current situation is someone else’s fault. The biggest delusion is the idea of blame. This isn’t about past events, this is about the current situation inside of ourselves: our emotions, our thoughts, our perceptions, our love, our anger, our joy. We own them. They are not anyone else’s. Once we face the truth, we can begin to change our reality.
The only foundation we have for our reality is our own consciousness. Once we are not aware, our own reality doesn’t exist. The more awareness we develop, the more control over our reality we can create. As we are conscious of our experience, we begin to manifest our reality.
Our thoughts determine our suffering. When we have bad thoughts, impure desires, selfish ideas, greedy notions, it all leads to eventual suffering. What we think becomes our reality.
Respect is the foundation for great relationships.
Respect is about the person, not their ideas.
Respect earns respect.
Your worth is not based on other’s opinions of you.
Your worth is not based on if other’s respect you.
How you show respect proves your belief in your own worth.
The only way to succeed is to finish. We need to be proactive. We need to be consistent. Without consistent proper thought and consistent proper action we will not finish and therefore will not succeed. Proper action in the face of fear, grief, and pain is courage. We need to be consistently courageous.
The purpose of learning is self-reliance. The ability to learn and act for yourself for the benefit of your team, your family, and yourself. That is why learning without action is wasted effort. Learn to act, act with what you learn.
We all get stuck. We all feel stalled. When this happens, change your tools. Your actions might be right, the tools might not be.
