As enthusiasm increases, stress and anxiety decrease. Doing what you are genius at, doing what you excel at increases passion and excitement. When you are in the flow state, you do not have the conscious ability to worry or stress. As we work toward creating more peace, more fulfilment, more inclusion, and more community – the passion and enthusiasm we bring to all of our efforts will make everything better, simpler, and more meaningful.

Optimism thrives best when combined with action.

Optimism works when you do.

If you like something, find a way to do it.

If you have a vision, define it.

If you want your life to be different, tell a different story.

 

If you allow fate to exist, you have killed purpose.

If you believe in fate, you have eliminated destiny.

Destiny and purpose are choices that maximize opportunities followed by work and focused actions.

Fate is another name for laziness.

If you want to take powerful action, have stronger convictions.

When you know what you are aiming for, then you will gain momentum, you will find support, you will get stronger, and your actions will create your outcomes.

It requires faith to act with courage.

Faith is believing in something that you cannot see but is true.

Courage is taking the proper action in the face of fear, grief, or pain.

It is impossible to know what is proper, what is right, or what is correct, without faith.

Knowledge and humility precede all true beliefs.

Knowledge and humility come before all faith.

Your power (authority) turns into corruption when your wants become more important than someone else’s needs, especially the needs of those you lead.

Be careful with what you believe. For, what you believe becomes your reality, even if it is not true. The wrong belief can have you living in a false world, in false relationships, and chasing false dreams. Work harder to learn what to believe. The goal of belief is to create faith.

True strength comes from helping others, from being honest, from following your values, and from working hard.

As we serve, live with integrity, obey truth, and overcome apathy we will fulfill our potential and gain strength every day.
