Humility cares about the journey. 

What you do when you don’t have immediate deadlines shows everyone who you really are at that moment.

Fear is self-centered. Choosing to stay fearful and live in fear eventually moves from self-centered to selfish. 

Responding to questions is good.

Letting the question be fully asked is better. 

If you make something complex to understand, it will be hard to get buy-in. 

If you make something simple to understand, it will be easy to get buy-in.
