Laziness is a powerful vice, one of the worst manifestations of human nature. The war on laziness must be a daily battle we choose to engage with force and strategy.
Shame is usually the lack of two fundamental skills:
Shame is not guilt.
Shame comes from how we feel about ourselves in relation to expectations we have internalized.
To feel shame less make sure your actions align with your values, learn to be embarrassed, and stop worrying about the judgement of others.
If you are not achieving your potential,
and you are not being coached,
you are not doing everything in your power.
Being coachable includes being coached.
We cannot focus on anything we are not looking at or looking for.
If we are only focused on ourselves, we cannot focus on others.
The same event can have
multiple meanings,

Our inner narrative and how the results play out depend on what we do with the information we have and the actions we take.
As we show love, we feel love.

A: Because we are too comfortable holding on to our past.
