Our mental state,
our emotional state,
our physical state,
are our habits.
We become our habits.

Our mental state,
our emotional state,
our physical state,
are our habits.
We become our habits.
Those who can look at facts, without an agenda, always have more peace in their hearts.
Those who try to twist reality to match their views will always be tense, anxious, and bothered.
As we make mistakes, we justify them.
Then when awareness finally sets in, we either double down or apologize.
There is no middle.
We can be humble and learn, or we can be prideful and regress.
Encouragement beats reverse psychology.
Mothers are the epitome of courage and the perfect \example of providing encouragement.
Happy Mother’s Day!
While more can often be better.
Enough is always best.
When pain covers the soul, the way out is love.
Taking away the unknown allows courage to replace fear.
When we decide to escape our emotional and mental conditions,
it is more of a letting go than a forcing out.
We do not need to push through, or fight harder, or resist more,
all we need,
is the willingness,
to let,
go.
Let go of the fear.
Let go of the worry.
Let go of the anxiety.
Once we let go, we are free to hold on to faith, hope, and courage.
People choose what they know.
Everyone will hang out with those they connect with.
Everyone will buy the products they are familiar with.
Everyone supports what they are comfortable supporting.
People choose to spend time with those they know.
Whatever seeds we plant in our minds grow into the garden that creates our hearts.
Everything starts as a mental condition before it is woven into the fabric of our character.
Happiness, suffering, joy, peace, hope, fear, sorrow, gratitude, grief, and love are all seeds of thought that were allowed to grow into feelings.
