Building is much better than preaching. 

Teaching is much better than criticizing. 

Encouraging is much better than condemning. 

Too many people don’t become better versions of who they really are. They become someone new, and that new person is not as powerful or wonderful as who they could have been if they had just stayed the course. Finding yourself is the opposite of abandoning who you are. 

People need to feel loved and wanted. 

Show love and they will know they are wanted. 

In every endeavor, once the focus is on learning rather than results, that is when real growth happens.

Success requires and involves skill. But not is not the most important, the right mindset, the right people, and the right habits combined with consistency are all more important than skill. If you take those and combine them with skill, then success cannot be stopped. 

When you do what you are uniquely built & exceptionally qualified to do, your energy rises, your fear dissipates, and others want to go on your journey with you. 

As we decide what every experience means to us, we are in effect, deciding our future as well. 

Praise creates strength.

with accurate and timely application of true praise. 

Often in order for someone to accept an error in their process they need to see it demonstrated by others and then tactfully made aware that they have the same exact issue.
