Each Day is an Accomplishment

At night, watching the sun go is a great time to visualize all the success you had that day.  Accomplishments serve two main purposes:

  1. They prove to others that you can do something.
  2. They serve as a reminder that yourself you can do something.

So visualize your past successes. Remember how you felt. Remember what you thought. Internalize those accomplishments and make them part of your story. Then when times get rough, remember those accomplishments. Let them guide your mind to the times when you were doing stuff. Then get out there and do stuff.
