Allow It, Or Don’t – It Is Always Our Choice

The only things that can touch us are the things we let in. 

The only things that affect us are the things we allow and accept. 

Thoughts are things. 

Emotions are things. 

Feelings are things. 

Ideas are things. 

Words are things.

Pain, anger, regret, fear, anxiety, and sadness are emotions and feelings that are created from the meanings we assign toward things and the perceptions we have about things. 

It is our own opinion that creates the labels that determine all the meaning. 

Our life is our world and is a creation of our opinion of the things we allow in.
