Underestimate the value others will contribute so that way you need to bring more to the table. And once you bring it, notify them. The more you deliver, and let them know what you delivered, the more others will appreciate your value. 

When we get offended, ego is the culprit. 

Ego hides behind the false idea that what we think and feel is more important than truth. 

Ego lies and tells us that our emotions dictate our feelings and responses. 

Ego is full of righteous victimhood. 

Getting offended, or feeling oppressed, or feeling wronged has nothing to do with what has actually happened, since the past doesn’t exist anymore, it is not real… the only thing that actually matters, or is actually true is how we decide to respond to those events.

The best way to respond is always to move past (ignore) our ego, and then, when things calm down, we can review everything with awareness and a calm heart. 

When we choose love, we choose the feelings and the emotions and the actions. We cannot just choose one part. It is all or nothing or not real love in the first place. 

Being wrong happens most of the time to most people. Once you can get into the range of only being wrong 49% of the time, you will find wild crazy almost unlimited success. 

What you are afraid to learn will be the variable that fences you in and becomes an artificial barrier to your future success. 

Sharing your ideas, helps others feel like they can share theirs. 

Cynicism is simple.

Pessimism is lazy. 

Optimism is valuable.

Contradiction is needed. 

Effort, Nonconformist Thinking, and Optimism combined is unstoppable. 

 

If you can think clearly, avoid ego, and work hard then you can do whatever it takes, then you can accomplish your purpose. 

If something is obvious, then there is no need to point it out. 

New problems often require old wisdom applied in new ways to create a new solution.
