If the relationship has purpose, then you can create true meaning. 

Sometimes, the work you do gets forgotten.

Don’t worry, for those that matter, it is always remembered and accounted for. 

People connect with people. 

We connect with stories. 

The stories we tell others, but even more important, the stories we tell ourselves.

We are our stories. 

If you want to give advice, make sure you are actually in a position to do so.

Is your perspective unique? 

If not a yes to both, hold off giving advice.

Teaching courage is hard.

Initiative covers a multitude of weaknesses.   

What to be aware of and watch for:

• Laziness
• Procrastination 

Solving those attitudes is difficult, teaching the right skills to a willing and engaged team-member is worth the effort. 

 

Getting rejected is scary. 

What is more scary? Not fulfilling your potential. 

Internal connection is just as important as external. 

External connection is connection to others. 

Internal connection is making sure your mind, body, and spirit are aligned. 

Greater Than Leaders: 

• Embrace others. 
• Honor others. 
• Respect others. 
• Show true gratitude. 

Consistently. All the time. Everyday. 

Often you don’t need to forgive others. You need to not get offended in the first place. It is so much easier to not get offended than to forgive someone. Working on ourselves is easier longterm.
