When mistakes happen there is always a reason, a powerful reason. Find the reason so you can prevent that mistake in the future. Usually it comes down to knowledge or desire. Did you know enough? If not fix it. Did you care enough? If not, why? 

Trust those who care about your problems. 

Trust those who want to help you solve your problems. 

The choice to listen to our fears, respect our anxiety, and give-in to our doubts are always the wrong choices. Those regretful actions turn potential into stagnation and love into resentment. 

What we are today doesn’t have to be what we are tomorrow. 

If we can answer this question first:

• Who do I want to be? 

and then this one:

• What do I need to do to be what I want to be? 

After answering with hope, we must commit with faith, and then take proper action. 

If we do those steps, then we can proactively direct our futures and create a new tomorrow. 

Everything exists in our words, language, perceptions, thoughts, and actions. 

Our power to create is unlimited as long as we are willing to believe and use the tools we are blessed with. 

We were built to live. 

We were created to be alive. 

Life is a miraculous continuous assortment of chances to live in the moment and awake anew every single day. 

If someone is defensive, find out why. 

• What are they hiding?
• Where is the truth?
• Where is the lie?
• Who hurt them? 

Finding empathy helps. 

Creating boundaries of truth comes first. 

Asking the right questions comes next. 

Offering to help comes last. 

If we prioritize our desires, and commit, then our actions will follow. 

Love is always manifested as a state of presence. When you are truly present with another, that is when love is felt, shown, and created. 

You are not your thoughts. You are not your intentions. 

You are your actions. 

Yes, thoughts and intentions can create actions, but until they do, they are just potential versions of you. 

Your greatness is found in what your actions create.
