Ask questions.
Support them in their goals.
Give them ideas and solutions to their problems.
Your heart is where you find courage.
Your mind is where you fantasize about fear.
Listen to your mind but trust your heart.
Since all energy is existing energy that is transformed from one state to another – take your strongest emotions, your strongest feelings, and direct them to where you want them.
Take your negative energy and turn it positive – you choose where and how you redirect it.

The fastest way to destruction is to say “yes” to things you should say “no” to.
Joy is a feeling. A feeling of happiness/pleasure that comes from accomplishment or success. Happiness does not cause joy. Responsibility, passion, accountability, creation, and doing are what causes joy and that produces happiness. As we are taught and told, the creator wants us to “have joy”.
(Feelings are choices while emotions are not. )
Ways to feel worse about yourself:
Doing these things eliminates gratitude. They allow negative emotions to evolve into dangerous feelings.
Yet, practicing active gratitude always makes you feel better. Gratitude turns the focus outward and enables peace and contentment to become your dominant feelings.
Practice gratitude – daily:
Some people sacrifice everything. They are the ones you can count on.
Some people do whatever it takes. They are the ones you can trust.
Some people care enough to be present. They are the ones you honor.
