We are all discovering who we are. 

There is someone else inside of us, waiting to be uncovered. 

This new person is familiar, but someone we do not yet know. 

The work is to develop into who we really can be. 

Now is always more important than tomorrow. 

Now is always more real than the past. 

Now is what we have.

So choose to be your best self, now. 

We are what we do. 

We are what we choose to believe. 

Who we are can change, as soon as we decide and act. 

Three truths to understand and internalize:

• You are not your feelings.
• Love is a choice. 
• You are always loved. 

 

Ideas build off of each other.

Use the ideas of others to kickstart your own.

Great ideas are the foundation for even better ideas. 

Curiosity combined with consistent action creates expertise.

Expertise taught to others creates mastery.  

All meaningful success is derived from authentic connection. 

Real curiosity,

is enabled by humility.

Once you know it all, 

you are already wrong. 

If stronger relationships don’t come first, personal fulfillment will always come last. 

If you don’t want to be held accountable for your actions (commission and omission) then you are not doing what is required or what you know you should be doing.

Yet, once you take on responsibility, and accept accountability, then everything changes. You now have integrity, you now are someone others can trust.
