The wrong words often cause big problems. 

Saying the right words at the wrong time, means the words are still the wrong words. 

Anytime the words are wrong, apologize, make amends, reset, and try again. 

Those who want to win will come prepared, do the work, and take proactive risks that drive better results. 

Pushing past and through fear is how we grow. 

While not easy to admit or understand, once you are an adult:

• Physical abuse has victims.
• Mental and emotional abuse has participants. 

You cannot control if and when you are physically abused. 

Emotional and mental abuses can be stopped, avoided, and controlled by the boundaries you set, your internal beliefs, and the actions you permit. 

A players don’t need to be told HOW to do their job. 

B players do. 

A players have potential left and work to capitalize on it. 

B players have the right experience but never realize their potential. 

Optionality is often a desire for those who have yet to commit. 

We have the ability to forgive,

and the ability to the ability to keep going, 

as long as, 

we choose to do so. 

Letting others determine where you should be is never the right choice.
