Most people underestimate themselves and overestimate the abilities of others.

No one makes us, we make ourselves by how we choose to respond to every interaction and experience.

Conflict is not contention.

Conflict is a difference in idea and perspective. 

Contention is contempt or anger mixed with the need to be right.
