Regret is always so focused on the past.

The past has passed and shall never come to pass. 

 

No matter how smart someone or something is, unless it is understood by the intended audience it is not wise or wisdom. 

Taking the right action when we feel good is easy. 

Taking the right action when we feel bad is courage. 

When nothing changes, focus on growth.

When everything changes, focus on growth.

If you are not focused on growth, it means you are wasting your potential. 

When you are not aligned in thought and action, chaos is the result. 

If you can, be who you want to be first. 

If you can’t be it, do it and then you will be it. 

Doing is great because it is who we become. 

Being is faster, because it means we have already committed. 

We “are” whatever we committed to “be”. 

Seeking truth is usually painful. 

Following truth is always painful. 

Finding lies is simple.

Following lies is easy. 

Truth eventually brings peace and contentment.

Lies always bring disappointment and regret. 

 

Wanting to be better is the start of doing better. 

Acting in fear brings more fear. 

Whatever we desire, we create. 

Whatever we do, we become. 

Whatever we focus on, gets magnified. 

If something is not working, working on taking creative action will guide you down a better path. 

 

Often the world doesn’t tell you what you need to hear, so you need to tell yourself. 

Just remember, YOU are: 

wanted.

needed. 

important. 

loved.
