There are so many ways to create.
It is easy to fight against those that seem to have it easier or better. Fighting against someone else means you don’t need to take accountability for your own shortcomings because you are so focused on destroying another.
In most situations, actions come before feelings.
You do good, then you feel good.
You act confident, then you feel confident.
Keep doing what you want to feel.
Grief is harder than it feels.
Once you know something is true, pursue it with all your power, energy, and focus.
Dedicate you efforts toward truth and you will develop courage and feel contentment.
You can’t fight fear. You can outsmart it though…
When you welcome the fear, include the fear into your life, separate the fear from reality and then employ the fear by guiding and empowering your next actions you will always win. Because the best victory is always won without a fight.
You can make friends, but you can’t force friendship.
You can create relationships, but you can’t force connection.
While we all experience trauma, what we decide to define as trauma is up to us.
Then, based on our definitions, we can decide how to act or react.
Progress means growth, no matter how small.
