To truly love someone, someone must do something wrong. 

An essential part of love is forgiveness. 

There is no love without forgiveness. 

When we do wrong we need to forgive ourselves and let others forgive us. 

When others do wrong we must forgive them and help them forgive themselves. 

We hear so we can listen. 

We listen so we can understand. 

We understand so we can grow. 

Never make plans that are determined by the whims and greed of others. 

Build something for yourself. 

Be in control by focusing on what you can control. 

Stronger relationships win. Building relationships is worth the effort. Sacrificing for mutual growth is always worth it, as long as both sides are equally committed. 

Creativity is founded on curiosity. Creative solutions don’t have to be unique, they just have to be different than the current plan or path. 

Every person needs to know that what they have built has been worth it, has made an impact. 

If you have the chance to tell them, tell them. 

High performers always want to improve. They often can’t see their own greatness. 

It is the role of the leader to recognize greatness, call it out, and nurture it. 

One good, well-delivered question is more valuable ten thousand answers. 

We learn when we find the solution on our own. 

We convince ourselves when we have to respond to questions. 

So, use questions to help others teach and convince themselves.

It doesn’t have to be this way, but usually is.

If that is the case, understanding who is really “you” is the only thing that matters.

If the answer is not 100% yes, then obviously it is no. The right answer is always right. The wrong answer is always wrong. Yet, our desires often get in the way of seeing what is right or what is wrong. If we can set aside our wants, align our passions and values and principles with the possible outcomes, then finding the right become so much easier.
