If we want to help others change, inspiration always works better than motivation. 

If they keep talking, let them talk. 

If they have to be right, let them be right. 

Sometimes, the best way is to just get out of the way. 

Our biggest responsibility is proper self-management and control. 

Leading ourselves is our number one duty. 

Yet, managing and leading others is so much easier. 

Focusing on others is easy, fixing ourselves takes work. 

Our biggest task is also our most difficult. 

Purpose and meaning are created and then sustained in responsibility. 

Relationships are the result and the reason. 

Do not use relationships as a way to get a result. 

Wanting to do wrong to another is a violation of human integrity. 

Doing wrong to another is a violation of humanity.   

Awareness is the foundation of understanding. 

Most human-to-human problems are solved when both sides are willing to sincerely ask themselves these three questions:

1. “How am I wrong?”
2. “What am I missing?”
3. “Is there a different and better way to look at this?” 

If these questions are approached with humility, all misunderstandings, contentions, and conflict will be overcome. 

Even better, if situations are entered with this mindset then the challenges are usually avoided. 

All learning is valuable. 

Learning internalized becomes knowledge. 

Learning organized becomes usable. 

Learning applied becomes wisdom.

Learning shared becomes eternal. 

 

Correcting others shows you care enough to help them not be wrong. 

Apathy is a sign you stopped caring. 

Yet… 

People who cannot be corrected cannot be helped. 

People who cannot be corrected cannot help. 

People who get angry when corrected are always wrong.
