Creating problems to be the hero is a cowards apporach.
Prevent problems, that is what real heroes do.

All successful communication goes back and forth, there are no one-way streets. Both sides listen, both sides share, everyone works to understand the other.
Generousity is proven in what you share, how often you share, and sharing more than expected.
The more someone cares, the more they will share.
If you want to help someone, prepare first by desiring to understand.
If you want to help someone, ask questions that are about them and for them.
If you want to help someone, label them as they could be and not as they currently are.
If we are asked a question, respond accurately and quickly. The more we hide, the more trust we erode.
Great experiences are when expecations are met or exceeded. Manage the expectations and the results will be much easier to produce.
When someone is in pain, and they choose to help you anyway, stay close to them.
When you have nothing left to give, yet they support you anyway, stay close to them.
When you are tired and they are tired, and they keep working, stay close to them.
When you both are angry, and they stay anyway, stay close to them.
The faster you start, the more you can do.
The sooner you begin, the better you feel.
As long as we help others keep getting back, we ourselves will also be rising with them.
Words are tools. I have learned this the hard way too many times. Just like the right tool makes your job easier, the right word(s) makes your relationships easier.
