Master repetition and you will become a master. Repetition is a great teacher. Yet, repetition can also be the great deceiver. Sometimes, we are so into our habits, that we forget to focus and underestimate what we don’t anticipate. Repetition is needed to learn how to act, yet it must be abandoned from time to time in order to truly grow and adapt.

Creating Eternal Tranquility
No matter how many people rise against us, if our conscious is clean, we shall be whole.
No matter how many people hate us for what we stand for, if our mind is at peace, we shall be fulfilled.
No matter how many people shun or shame or blame us for who we are, if our soul is calm, then we shall stay free.
Tranquility comes from lack of comparison, letting go of the expectations and desires of others, and aligning your heart and mind and actions with truth.
Heart-Speed
While we think we travel at the speed of time, we actually are traveling at the speed of our heart. If our heart is willing to adjust, adapt, and accept then we go fast, we grow, we progress. If our heart is closed, stuck and stubborn, then our ability to go anywhere meaningful is prohibited.
Find Context To Determine Meaning
Without context, there is no meaning.
Without understanding intent, there is no way to figure out the purpose.
Applying logic to partial truths, always creates illogical outcomes.
Changing someones words and “meaning” to match your perspective does not change you, them, or the result.
Look Outward First
As we lift others, our own burdens become lighter.
As we strengthen others, we find our own power increasing.
As we look outside ourselves, we begin to find out what we are really made of.
The Door To Open Truth & Eradicate Conflict
Truth is not always true.
Truth is not always The Truth.
There are two types of truth and often, people confuse the them.
- Personal Truth: emotions, feelings, opinions, perspectives – true for a moment in time but can change, limited application
- Universal Truth: facts, not based on mood or personal responses, apply to everyone, don’t change, eternal
As we focus on the needs and wants of others, we can begin to care the right way, so the door to truth can be opened. Then we can accept that recognition and validation are both important and the keys that unlock the door are courage, awareness, compassion, and intellectual honesty.
Trust Through Service
The best way to build a relationship is to serve. Service builds trust, on both sides.
Plan & Win
Planning your day is the way you can control your life. Failing to plan ruins accountability, and without accountability there is no achievement.
Dream and Do
If we want to change, we can, we just need to take action. Doing is better than dreaming, but dreams can and should guide our actions. Imagination put into action creates reality.
Humility Does Not Equal Modesty
Humility is understanding your strengths and limitations.
Humility is when you admit dependence on another.
Humility is when you appreciate and look for truth.
Humility is willingness to be taught by others.
Humility is what allows you to grow and learn.
Humility is appreciating others.
Humility is intellectual honesty.
